About Me
As a highly sensitive person, I spent my teens and early twenties grappling with overwhelming emotions, anxiety, panic attacks, and a series of traumatic events that left me feeling broken and trapped on an emotional rollercoaster. I truly believed I would never get better, but everything changed for me when I discovered hypnotherapy and later the science of well-being.
Since discovering hypnotherapy, I no longer feel lots of anxiety around the clock, I am no longer bothered by my traumatic experiences and view them as like a story I read instead of something I am still reliving, and I haven't had a panic attack since 2020. I am a completely different person than I was when I was younger, and instead of considering myself a sad person with happy moments, I view myself as a very bubbly and happy person with sad moments. The science of well-being taught me how to be happy, bringing me peace, clarity, and lots of carefree laughter. Now, I am dedicated to helping others achieve the same healing and transformation that I experienced.
I am a certified hypnotherapist by the National Guild of Hypnotists and am certified in clinical and medical hypnotherapy by the Atlanta Center for Hypnosis Training. I have a bachelor's degree in psychology from Georgia State University, and I learned the science of well-being from Yale online.
